Château wedding photographer in Touraine, Loire Valley
Tours, Amboise, Chenonceau, Vouvray: weddings in the heart of the Loire châteaux.
From my base near Orléans, Touraine is just over an hour's drive along the A10. I travel there for city weddings and countryside celebrations alike.
I photograph your day in a documentary style: no shot list, no portrait session that steals you away from your drinks reception. Just your day, exactly as it unfolds.
All of Touraine, from the city to the wine estates.
Town hall weddings, religious or humanist ceremonies in the historic centre, and receptions at the surrounding estates.
Amboise, Chenonceau, Azay-le-Rideau: breathtaking settings, which I always approach with a photojournalist's eye – the château as a backdrop, your story at the centre.
The wine estates of Vouvray and Chinon, for more rustic celebrations among the vines and the pale tufa stone.

For the evening party, I often recommend DJ Gus, based in Montlouis-sur-Loire. You'll find all my trusted vendors on my vendors page.
How much does a wedding photographer cost?
It depends on the length of coverage and the options you choose – let's talk it through by phone, video call or over coffee. Full details on the pricing page.
Do you charge travel costs in Touraine?
Yes – they're included in your quote, based on your venue. For coverage into the evening, we can also plan an overnight stay nearby.
Can you work in English?
Absolutely. I speak fluent English – ideal for the many international couples and guests who choose the Loire Valley for their wedding.
How far ahead should we book?
For a Saturday between May and September, ideally 12 to 18 months ahead. For an off-season or weekday date, a few months is often enough.
